Benchmark Multimedia was able to deliver 1000 CDs in less than 10 business days, along with a 4 panel insert and a back tray card. They accomodated my need to drop off the master CD and the graphics and texts for the inserts in person, rather than by mail, in order to meet the deadline. Chris went the extra mile by taking one of the graphics from the front cover and adding it to the back tray card with some adjustments.
When picking up the CDs, due to some unexpected engine trouble, I opted to take only a 450 CDs, which would be sufficient for sale at our Sunday concert. Janet made arrangements for me to meet James about 10 miles from my house, to get the remaining CDs a week later. Benchmark gets an A+ for Customer Service. I highly recommend them to everyone."
