Preparing Your Order

Thank you for choosing Benchmark Multimedia to produce your CDs or DVDs.  We appreciate your business and you'll love the results.  That's a promise.

Here's a quick checklist for preparing your order, to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Things we need from you:

• A signed copy of your quote.
• Your master.  If you're sending us a CD or DVD master ready for replication, the discs you'll receive back from us will be the exact copies of it.  With this in mind, we recommend that before you send your master to us you try it out in a number of different players and show it to a few colleagues or friends, just to make completely sure it's perfect!
• Your Graphic Files.  If you're using Benchmark's Design Studio then we'll already have your graphic files.  If not, please send us a CD of your graphic files, plus a print-out of how the graphics should look, and any notes.  Have another quick look at our handy Pre-flight checklist to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.
• A completed Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) form.  We just need to know you own the rights to the program you want us to duplicate or replicate.  Click here to download our IPR form.
• Payment.  If you haven't already spoken to us to make arrangements then we ask that you send us your deposit (50% of the total cost) and a completed credit card authorization form for the balance.  Click here to download our credit card authorization form.
